These terms govern your use of cortexyl.com (the “Site”), operated by Cortexyl, an applied-AI studio run by Levi Guffey. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

Use of the site

You may browse the Site and contact us for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual property

The Site’s design, text, and brand are owned by Cortexyl. For client engagements, ownership of the work we build for you is governed by the separate written agreement for that engagement — our standard is that you own the deliverables.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Demonstrations on the Site (including the interactive console and the example dashboard) are illustrative and do not guarantee specific results.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cortexyl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

Third-party links

The Site links to external sites (for example, our projects and GitHub). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
